Technology seems to get faster each and every year. What we bought last year is now out of date, and we always strive for bigger and better technology. With the holidays coming up, and Christmas on our minds, the best gifts are always going to be the new iPad, Cell phone, Game consoles and so on.

But which ones are the best? Technology is not always that easy to understand, and when you go into a shop to buy something you always get the sales guy talking his head off so fast you end up getting so confused that you buy the first thing that comes to mind purely and simply to get out of the shop!

I did this recently myself. I wanted a new PC broadband package. All I wanted to know was which one was the best, how much and when will I get it? But by the time I came out, my mind was buzzing, I had signed up for the first one, and still have no idea what the heck happened!

Luckily it was Talk Talk and its fine, phew!

So, why not browse here at your own leisure? No pressure, no sales spiel and definitely no confusion!

And at least this way you don't have to show your own ignorance like me, when it comes to tech stuff! lol!

Here's to a Happy Electronic Tech Christmas!

Video Games Call of Duty Ghosts for Xbox 360 / PS3

Call Of Duty Ghosts seems to be the main video game that is on everybody's lips this year. According to the hype this game has a:

Brand new Universe, 60 frames per second, and plenty of other new things that will keep the guys amused.

Evidently you can play the Single Player Campaign, Multiplayer and Squads. So you can play with up to six other players. Now that's new to me!

Don't Forget the Xbox 360 4GB!

This is the latest in the Xbox consoles. Save all your games, and store your favorite TV shows too! Not only that it will store music, movies, your pictures and trailers. This will never go out of fashion. My son still plays his, and I love a game too.

Even though its been out for such a long time now this just gets better and better!

4gb Xbox 360

Apple iPad With Retina Display

We all love our iPads so why not update your old one for a brand new 4th Generation one?

It has 10 hours of battery life and 2048 x 1536 resolution. Along with 5MP iSight Camera, video recording and so much more. I am hinting big time for this one!

I usually just use my laptop, but now I need to keep up with all the new tech so this one is a must for me. I hope!

4TH Gen Review - Easy Explanation.

Get snappy with a great new Camera!

However great a cell phone is for taking photos, you just can't beat a real old fashioned camera.

Well not so old fashioned, these modern camera's are so high tech all you need to do is point, click and that's it. There are so many to choose from.

The Point and shoot literally says what it does, just point and shoot.

Then we have the Compact system camera's and the Digital SLRs.

Whichever one you buy you can

guarantee that the photos will come out lovely.

New sleek Look!

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3

Let's face it there is always someone in your family who screams 'I want a new cell phone, and its gotta be up to date'!

So for this I have chosen the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Why? Because Its simple to use, even for someone like me who has three thumbs or so it seems when I am trying to fiddle around with the buttons. If I can do it then anyone can, and yes of course kids can do it standing on their heads.

So, what has it got that's so special?

Touch free voice control.

Smart file search, which means in simple terms that you can transfer your existing content fast and easy.

A five point seven inch display. But slimmer and much lighter. And the battery goes on forever, well nearly. A rear 13 Megapixel camera with improved LED flash that allows you to take photos in low light and active situations.

A new Laptop? Yes please!

The thing with laptops is that there are so many to choose from there really is no point in showing one or another.

But the main thing is that we all need one. iPads or Cell phones are great, but if we need to sit down and write, browse or watch a film or TV program we need a good reliable Laptop.

The advantage these days is that the prices are really competitive now, so you can choose your favorites but not be out of pocket.

I have a HP Pavilion laptop, but I will be updating it soon. In fact I have put in so many hints this year its a wonder I won't receive at least three! Here's to fingers crossed!
