Past Lives Reincarnation- The True Story of The Children Who Have Lived Before
86Memories
The Case For Reincarnation.
Children have always had a vivid imagination. But how can we tell if our children are telling stories or if they really are the reincarnation of someone who has gone before us? There are many cases stating that children are in fact recalling their Past Lives or Reincarnation. Many people will dismiss this idea, but sometimes the facts are staring you in the face. What if the child reports a particular incident that can be checked? For example, by history books, war records or even memories from your elder members of the family.
From an early age we learn to see and adapt to our surroundings. The life we have starts to become familiar. We recognise the face of our mother, who holds us in her arms from the day we are born, and nurtures us so that we feel safe and loved. As we grow older, our home and our family become familiar and safe. But when children start to talk, it is one of the most wonderful things to a parent. Soon the words become a pattern and the child soon learns to string sentences together. In most families this is a normal process. But what happens when your child suddenly says out of the blue. 'Where is my real Mama? Why am I here with you, I want to go back and live with my real mummy.
Is this a sign of reincarnation? Or do you believe that your child is showing signs of telepathy or other psychic phenomenon? As you will see, children can sometimes seem to recall memories from another life.
This isn't as always imagination. We tend to know when a child is making up stories, and playing with imaginary friends. We all go through that stage. We expect it from our children. So when do we know it is something different? I believe that we know there is something strange going on when the child makes a statement that is so mind blowing, something that can be tested, and to our astonishment and chagrine, find out and that it is true.
Below are real life stories of Children who believe they have lived before.
The memories Begin
8 Year Old Boy Remembers His Past Life As A Fighter Pilot.
James Leininger who lives in Louisiana, is eight years old. For the past five and a half years he has been talking about his dreams and memories of being a man called LT.James McCready Huston, a World War two fighter pilot, from Uniontown, who had been killed in Iwo Jima, more than fifty years before. At only two and a half years old, the boy began talking about aviation, and his knowledge of the subject was amazing. He had never been taught this, as the subject was something that his parents knew nothing about.
He started having nightmares about being shot down by a Japanese plane with a red sun on it. The child's parents began to study the subject, and to their astonishment, realised that something extremely extraordinary was happening. There was no way James could have known this true information. His nightmares started after his father had taken him to Dallas flight museum. But there was nothing there that would or could have started these amazing revelations.
Andrea, recalled how James would scream at the top of his voice, 'airplane crash, on fire, can't get out, help, and he would be kicking and pointing to the ceiling. At one stage when Andrea took James shopping, she pointed out a plane in a shop window. 'Look' she said, 'It has a bomb at the bottom'. She was astounded to hear her two and a half year old state, 'That's not a bomb, that's a drop tank'. Andrea had no idea what on earth a drop tank was. he went on to tell his bemused parents that he had flown a plane called a Corsair, and took of from a boat called the Natoma. When his parents served him up some meatloaf that she had never given him before, he replied, 'meatloaf, I haven't had that since I was on the Natoma'.
Research
Bruce, James father, decided to do some research of his own. He discovered that there had been a small escort carrier called the Natoma Bay, which had been in the Battle of Iwo Jima. Further research proved that there had indeed been a pilot called James Huston! His plane had indeed been hit by Japanese fire and was struck in the engine. This was March 3rd 1945.
In a further twist to the story, Huston's sister, Anne Barron, now 87 years old was tracked down, and states that after listening to little James story, she totally believes him. 'He knows too many things, for some reason he knows what happened'. Huston's cousin, Bob now 74 years old also had this to say.
'To me, it's amazing, everything the boy has said is exactly the account told to James Huston's father and also my mother, there is no way this child could have known that'!
When James was six years old in 2004, his father took him to a reunion of veterans who had served on the Natoma. When he was there, James was able to recognise one of his old mates after sixty years.
His parents stood in awe as he stated, 'They're so old'!
Bruce Leininger is said to be writing a book about the experience.
Cameron Macaulay
Cameron Macaulay has lived his whole life in Glasgow Scotland, but ever since he started talking at the age of two years old, he has told his family about his previous life on the Island of Barra, which is situated of the west coast of Scotland. Cameron lives with his mother Norma. He started talking about a white house, which overlooked the sea and the beach, he goes on to explain about there being airplanes that used to land on the beach, and also the fact that he was very fond of a black and white dog he had whilst he was there. The family had never been to Barra as it was over 200 miles away from where they lived. To get there would take a hour by flying or longer by sea. His dad on the island was called Shane Robertson, who evidently died by being knocked over by a car. His actual words were, 'He didn't look both ways'!
One of the strangest subjects was the toilets! He used to keep complaining that on Barra his parents had three toilets. He also spent ages drawing 'his' house, a long white building, standing on the beach.
He would sit on his chair talking about his parents and brothers and sisters, and as time went on he got more and more upset about leaving his other mother. He would cry continuously and say that he wished his mother could see that he was alright.
The story soon came to the attention of a film company, and after listening to his story, his nursery school teacher suggested that maybe they should film him and go to the Island.
Cameron's Journey To Barra
After setting up a meeting, the film company agreed to take Cameron to Barra. They were also escorted by a Dr. Jim Tucker, a child psychologist.
When Cameron was told he was going, he couldn't stop jumping up and down. 'I'm going home, I'm going home' he shouted.
Reaching the Island, they were astonished to find that they had indeed landed on the beach! Cameron started to run around yelling, 'I'm back'!
Chattering away about his Barra mother, he told everyone that she had long brown hair that fell all the way down her back, and that she read him stories from the Bible. Cameron's mother stated that they were not particularly religious and had never done this at home. They soon booked into a hotel and started to search for clues to Cameron's past.
Familiar Things
After contacting the Heritage Centre to find out about the house, they were disappointed to find that no records could be found about any house being owned by the Robertson family overlooking the bay. To say they were disappointed was an understatement. They drove around the island looking for the house but couldn't even see one that resembled Cameron's description.
Then they realised that they were looking in the wrong direction! The planes that Cameron saw were coming in from the wrong side of the bay. If Cameron saw them from his bedroom window, they realised that they had to go the other way.
Eventually the hotel phoned them and told them that yes, there was a Robertson family home on the other side of the island. So they started to drive Cameron there. They didn't tell him where they were going, but when they arrived, Cameron jumped out of the car and ran straight to he house. He recognised it immediately! But as Cameron walked through the door, he began to get very pale and quiet. Up until now, he had recognised the exact gate at the front, he knew where to go and was so excited. But entering the house he stood to one side, slightly uncertain. Then he took off, running around the house, pointing out all the rooms where he had 'lived'. All the nooks and cranny's, the three toilets, and much to his mothers surprise, when they went into the garden he took them to his secret entrance that he had been talking about for years.
Strange Conundrums
The strangest part of the story comes about when researchers managed to find one of the surviving Robertson family members. In most of the reports they don't state whether this is a man or a woman, I believe in the video it says it was a woman. Unfortunately the relative in question seemed to know nothing about a man called Shane Robertson! But even stranger was the fact that this family, now living in Sterling, had photos of the dog and the car that Cameron had seen in his visions. Why was this I wonder. how could Cameron know about everything else but get this wrong? it seems that the relative in question would have been at the house around about the same time as Cameron in his past life.
As he grew older Cameron began to lose the memories of Barra. After his visit he settled down, happy to know that his mother in this life believed in his story. One of the last things that Cameron mentioned was when he was talking to his friend, he said, 'Don't worry about dying, you just come back again'. When his mother asked him, 'How did you get here to me?' He replied, ' I fell through, and went into your tummy'.
My Thoughts on Cameron
I have read many reviews and reports about this story, and the one thing that I have noticed is that Cameron seems to be telling the whole truth about what he believes. So why did that relative not remember his father from the previous life? Maybe Cameron got the wrong family. But no, that's not possible, because he recognised the car and the dog as well as the house. So what is the explanation? Maybe the relative was too young at the time to know about the father. Maybe it happened before she was born, and Cameron's 'old' mother had married again. The psychologists believe it was just imagination, but how could it be? Even if he had seen the house on TV, surely it would not make him remember the inside of the house, the gate, the secret entrance, and of course the view from his bedroom window overlooking the beach where the planes landed. And why would he make up the story of his father? I believe that the relative that gave the information didn't know all the family members, she would have been too young, and memory can be very deceiving. Who know?
All we know now is that Cameron is happy with his knowledge of knowing that he has been back home on Barra.

Good stories, and so well written you kept my interest all the way to the end. Now I'm going to read more of them you wrote.
This hits very close to home. I know this really happens...
This is very interesting! I shared it with my facebook friends and clicked like. Great hub!
These were fascinating stories that certainly lend to the idea that reincarnation is not only possible, it happens. Some of the best evidence for reincarnation has come from scientists trying unsuccessfully to disprove it. When the past lives are recent enough to be documented as these cases were, they make for a compelling argument.
Thanks so much for presenting these stories, they were just amazing.
Mike
thank Nell, these are so true. There are many more that go unnoticed. All of us, well most. have come back many times, we just for some reason do not remember and if we did as a child it was put of as imagination. Wonderful hub my Dear. just wonderful. :D ~aloha~
Interesting and wonderful stories. Thank you for writing them. I think that relative didn't want to know for some reason the family cut him out. Like family do.
These are truly amazing stories, Nell, and very well-written. I know reincarnation is real. I know I have had several past lives and remember bits of at least six. When my grandson was three, he repeated a story to me that my father had told me about a past life he (father) had. My father passed away several years before my grandson was born. I have never told anyone what my father told me so many years ago about that past life he remembered. To have my grandson repeat the same story at the age of three was profound.
Hey Nell wow what strange stories but so interesting, I never really believed in reincarnation but when I hear stories like this it really makes me wonder, Great job with this hub. Cheers to you.
I have read and heard about many of these and many Christians think it is so wrong to believe this could be true but our bible says Jesus said if you will accept it John the Baptist is Elijah. Many say he did not mean it literally only meant he was like Elijah. Elijah went to Heaven without dying and because it is appointed unto man once to die I think it could prove reincarnation. John the Baptist did die, so was this Elijah's death?
This is a very interesting topic. I did a lot of research on this – ages ago – and finally decided to forget all about it. For if reincarnation is real, and if we have learned and experienced a lot during previous lives, all of that is insignificant in our current life. My common sense convinced me that our DNA carries memory of previous lives – but the stories of above children proved my common sense (once again) wrong! Those children are not descendants of the people they said they were. ? By the way, I always dream of the same double-story castle, or perhaps it is a hotel, or a hostel. The top story is closed, forbidden, dark, and full of cow webs, as well as both wings on the ground floor. I’m living (in my dreams) only in the middle part with an old lady, and I know there is something on/in the top story I should find. Weird! Thanks Nell, for this most interesting hub! You had all my attention.
There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of.... I just don't know Neil. It's hard to be a skeptic, but I just can't let go of my doubts.
Some interesting anomalies here, to be sure!!!
Great post, Nell Rose.
Hi Nell - gives one goosebumps, doesn't it? Guess there are more things in heaven and earth....
Dejavoodoo! Great hub as always my Dear Rose!
Hi Nell,
I loved this Hub, can I add these stories to my ever growing list ?
I still can't bring myself to accept the reincarnation theory but there has to be something somewhere that we are missing, something that some special people can tap into.
I will keep looking.
The thing that I keep thinking about, is how sad the "new" mother must feel!!! Its amazing that there are so many stories like this, and the mothers are so supportive. I think it would break my heart if any of my children were to say.."I liked my other mommy better."
Thanks for this hub Nell, first time I read about something like this, it's mind-blowing.
Interesting Hub on children who remember past lives Nell. Have you ever had a past life regression to find out about your past lives? It is a fascinating subject -have you read the Carol Bowman book on children's past lives?
Absolutely weird and totally fascinating - I think I believe in reincarnation just because I'm sure I've spotted someone or something like my Kodi in someone or something else. Maybe it's just wishful thinking but I like to think that they come back to visit me so why not think that it can happen to children? Great hub!
Hi Nell, I enjoyed reading this hub very much. The interview with James Leininger can be found on youtube. You might even want to add it here for readers to watch. They interview the parents, the kid, etc. It's really interesting. I didn't know anything about the second case but I think you're right on your assumptions.
Wonderful hub! Thanks!
Thank you Nell, I appreciate writing about a subject that I am both curious and fascinated about. Well done, Nell. As always its a pleasure to read your articles. :)
Nice story about Cameron. Well done for bringing to our attention. I learn much from this hub. Good work, Nell. Vote up as always. ~Prasetio
Wonderful Hub Nell....I've always believed that we are connected to the past and future....reincarnation could partly be an answer to that.
Amazing..!!!!
This was an amazing and beautiful hub. The stories are so strange and compelling. My own son used to talk about riding in carriages drawn by horses, and wearing an old style of clothing when he was about 3. When we took him down into an older part of the city, he noticed these old steps by the curb, formerly used for people to easily step into carriages. He knew exactly what they were for.
Awesome Hub! My son often says he wants to go home and says something about a yellow house. He does elaborate on it. But often times when he is upset he will cry he want to go home. I sometimes comply with him and say I want to go home too and that calms him. Where this will lead dont not if it ever will. Im there to support him and never put him down for it. I will believe him.
Hi Nell great hub and very interesting, it seems that the fabric of life crossed over to soon. Or the children are very special and open to past memories. In the Jewish religion this is very much a part of the belief of reincarnation. That if a soul has not completed what it needed to accomplish the first or 100th time it comes back to earth to get it right again! That is where the saying she or he was an old soul comes from. in my life time I have met many people that are old souls; my 7 year old daughter knows things that are beyond my comprehension of what 7 years old should understand, so I always tell her that she has an old soul.
Yes I totally agree with many, absolutely fascinating subject. I truly believe that we come back over and over again, for what reasons? I can't say. However maybe it's because we never get it right the first time, so were sent back to keep trying until we do:0) Great hub, I really enjoyed those stories.
Riveting! I plan to look for the Old Souls book in particular. (I'll check the library first.) Have you read it?
Fascinating stuff this reincarnation theory and it could be an explanation for prodigy children. It may also be reassuring to know we might get another chance. Great hub Nell, as always an interesting story.
There was a funny film called "Chances Are" when you have a chance please do watch it.
We remember the past lives only as they are relevant to our present spiritual development.
Beautiful hub Nell.
Yes.. the song was "After All" by Cher...:-)
Nell I could only read half of your hub this time but I will definatlly finish it later, if you read my most recent hub you will know why.
Fascinating stories. I've never been able to decide whether reincarnation is real, but when young children have such vivid memories, it makes you wonder.
A very interesting article. I enjoyed reading about the two young children and their past life memories.
Yes there are a lot of things in this existance that we are not aware of and I believe will all come clear to us when we die.
Great article thank you for sharing it
Wow, Nell, you know how to the brain juices started. Another great hub. Well done. As always I love your hubs. Good to see you again
I had heard of these stories before, and your presentation of them adds to the inspiration. Very well done, and thank you!
I did not have such memories when I was a child. My memories of past lives came much later. But as a child, I had dreams which seem to have been spiritual messages, perhaps from my prior life, or from some other nurturing source. The dreams gave me the seeds of understanding in the creation of miracles.
Thanks for helping in my never-ending education.
How interesting! The aviation story is incredible. I mean he HAD to know that info somehow. Great info!
Sorry guys, I'm not buying it. I could be wrong, but I have a Master's in Humanistic Psychology. I studied paranormal science from the best. I have read all kinds of books on every topic you can imagine. I agree that reincarnation is possible, but I think the truth is far more complicated and unbelievable than that. This is too complicated to explain in a comment, but I will be writing about this subject soon. I have several projects in the works that need finishing. Simplistically, we live in a static universe. Nothing is changing except our perception of things. Imagine if you will, a movie you are watching for the first time. As you approach the middle of the movie, you could say that you have a past associated with that movie. You also have a future that has already been written, you are just waiting to experience it. Everything that will happen in that movie has already been done, but your experience of it hasn't happened yet. I call this a 3-dimensional holographic universe. If you have ever seen a real hologram you will get this. A hologram is a 2-dimensional recording of a three dimensional object. Seen with the right light, the three-dimensional object can be reproduced so that all sides are again visible. If we expand this concept to a 3-dimensional hologram, we can record 4 dimensional objects, which in our material world is a 3-dimensional object projected through time. When seen through the right light (or stimulation), we can see objects in the past and in the future. Furthermore, we would be able to see every object and action that have ever happened or ever will. All we need is the right "light" to view our universe. This "light" is our psychic abilities, which have been shown to develop when we become teens, and then slowly fade. Others keep some ability throughout life. Some exceptional cases happen at birth.
What I'm saying simplistically is this, we all have cell phones in our minds that can connect us with everyone on earth and everyone who has ever lived or ever will live. We just need to dial the right number and get a good connection.
I have had very vivid dreams of being other people. I have even been a woman, though in this life I am a man. Some of these experiences happened while awake. But, I do not attribute them to reincarnation. I attribute them to a mental "connection" to the other person, who could still be alive, or not even born yet.
Ah, the old soul. This phenomenon indeed very interesting. Here in Indonesia the latest we heard is about 10 years old girl, who start speaking at 2 but only in English and fluently, while her parents are Indonesian and couldn't able to speak English. And right now, at 10 she become young writer of children book in English. Amazing, right? Thank you, Nell.
What a fascinating read. I've heard of this before with other children. It is hard to disprove this type of phenomenon when it comes from the innocent of mankind who don't have access to the information from which they speak.
In most it seems the afterlife memory fades with time. I feel that the spirit has taken hold of the fact that they have been given another chance. In my opinion most child genius' are old souls. Great read, voted up, marked awesome and shared.
This is so interesting and thought provoking Nell and so well written. I am voting this one up and bookmarking. You really are a very talented writer.
You are making me very interested in this subject since I have been writing my hubs 'A Step Back In Time' although my transitions there were totally fictional.
Thank you for sharing all this Nell. Take care and God Bless.
reincarnation is much like dreams. we see things in our dreams that we've never experienced, we no things in our dreams that we didn't no when were awake. it has nothing to do with past lives but rather knowledge handed down through our parents knowledge that we gain while we were being created. reincarnation is like god. something many hope is there but in reality is just a figmant of our imagination.
I have read your beautiful article. No one is born with a blank slate. We were born with particular likes and dislikes and certain talents. As a child, although I was brought up in a Catholic household(ugggh), I was always drawn to the metaphysical.
When I was a teenager, I began reading books on astrology and reincarnation. At eighteen, I became a devotee of astrology and other forms of metaphysics. I studied the subject intensely and realized that metaphysics(some say the occult) made more sense to me than my Catholicism which I physically left when I was 20. I emotionally left Catholicism when I was l6.
Yes, children have lived before and do talk about it. However, many parents of previous generations were unenlightened and brush their children's "notion of fantasy" aside. Parents today are more enlightened and realize that children were not born with a blank slate but with distinct personalities of their own.
Hi Nell, I had a friend who was a school teacher and she was teaching a history lesson about Columbus. The kids in the class said that they were there and then gave her details about the Columbus time.
This is nothing short of phenominal!Wow to witness something that so many can only dream.Thank you for sharing and what a great hub!!This will always be one of my favorite hubs of all time.
Not a doubt in my mind that little James was remembering his last life! I firmly believe that until age 5 or so, children do remember some or all of the most previous past life, albeit only the event that ended it, the memory of which manifests as a recurring "nightmare".
Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of such things until all of my children but the youngest were past that age. My son's "nightmares" didn't end until he was 12, when we finally determined that he'd previously died in a house fire. The "nightmares" ended one night after he climbed out his bedroom window onto the roof and climbed down a gutter pipe to safety. All while he was "asleep", mind you - it's a wonder he didn't break an arm or a leg!
One of his older sisters didn't have nightmares, but announced one day that as a teenager in the 1970s, she'd died of a hallucinogenic drug overdose. Which explained why she had always been drawn to anything "hippie" in her present life.
Alas, neither could remember their previous names or place of death.
Usually, one doesn't have memories of lives that ended well, only those in which there was unfinished business or unresolved issues. Such issues can often be resolved in this life once one knows what they are.
This sooo interesting. I've always believed in reincarnation. Its like that saying 'many souls, same spirit'. The reasons stated above as to why, we come back ie unresolved issues, make sense, but ultimately we never know. Fabulous article! :))
Nell, you always have such interesting stories. I love them all
I can't wait till the day we meet.
Happy Holidays
Tina
No way I was watching a documentary about this a while ago. It was so strange the way the boy had a past life from the island Barra...And he stopped talking about it as much having been to the Island, It's like he fulfilled some sort of a duty. Maybe he transported some sort of spirit back to Barra. So interesting.
With so many similar stories about it was nice to read two that I hadn't come across before. It is a shame that we close off as adults moreso than children and so many brush aside their childrens stories to imagination. Maybe if we listened more we could discover the missing link to reincarnation.
Keep up the great hubs, I look forward to reading more in the future.

voted up and beautiful from me, nell! i have always believed that i have lived many lives before the life that i am in now...ever since i was a child i have had dreams of being in ireland and other dreams of being a pirate...very detailed dreams. i have even had a dream of being in a "heaven" gazing down at the earth...talking to another person or soul and trying to decide what life i wanted to live next. the weird thing about it was that in the dream i said to my friend, I want to live in Greece. and the person responded, "you don't want to live there...don't you know what Greece means...it means Hell." now, obviously i didn't believe that Greece was all that bad, but i looked into origins for the word Greece and found that an ancient term for the country of Greece was "Hellas" which had something to do with one of the goddesses that the greek people believed in. it floored me! i wondered how i had ever come up with this. anyway, reincarnation is something that i believe in and i thorougly enjoyed this hub! Thanks! :)
Oh I remember this story from when I was in Carol's child past lives forum, we talked about it a lot. It's amazing how well small kids can recall various past lives and then how easy they forget it all after just a few years.
I love these stories and have not boundaries as to whether it really did happen! I'm a believer!
You got me hooked Nell, I read the whole hub, good work.
You get a vote up from me.
Appreciate the research and time you put into this. I really like the topic since my son told me some things that blew my mind before he was 5. He told me about how he had "died" and he has a birth mark that looks like the wound he would have gotten. Also he told me he picked me when he was in heaven. It was quite amazing.
Coincidentally,I also have an interesting personal story relating to this on my blogs recent post.
I thoroughly enjoyed the article!

I believe in reincarnation. I think in one of your lives you were a a nurse surrounded by children in a village in one life. You helped many who were sick from starvation. Do stray cats follow you? Animals are psychic and know who they can go to for shelter and food.
Great hub!
I recently learned I was a P-51 pilot in WW2 France. Shot down, picked up by an underground and later made it back to my lines. Astral travel to learn your real life, and past, you will learn more than ANY colleges on earth!!!
Absolutely fascinating and goosebump-inducing! Ok, Ms. Nell...I'm hooked. This is going to be another one of those nights where I stay up way too late catching up on Hubs.
Wow, this is an amazing story I just read today. I haven't heard any story similar to these stories and I don't know what to believe. Although I don't believe in reincarnation, I still think the stories have proven that reincarnation is possible. There are many strange things happening in this world and we cannot really tell that something is impossible. great job and voted up.
I have to say that your story really vindicated me. I have had some deep dreams and had knowledge that I have no way of knowing. It drives me crazy to this day. I do not like talking about it, because I think people will think I am crazy. I have said this to myself my entire life. I have dreams like that, and they are all of my country in Germany. I am 100% of German origin. I was even born there. I am a German Citizen in fact. My entire life I recall memories of an old Germany. I myself was mesmerized at the detail of my false dreams. Wow Im getting kind of emotional. This is the one of the deepest moments of my life. Your post is life changing for me. I am so happy that you posted this. Bless your heart. I still cant talk more of my experiences. I dont know if I can ever talk about my dreams that shock me and keep me shaking for days after I have them.
All I can say is that I 100% believe in Reincarnation, and know what you say is 100% true in your post.
thats what scares me. my dreams are well documented.
I am so glad to read of this subject. I believe in past lives esp now because I have been having strange experiences, visions and memories. It has to do with Germany during WWII. There was a someone who saved my life there was a love connection.
I met someone in this life recently who I think I knew from a past life. This person seems to be able to read my mind and this was on day 1. He was German he seemed to 'know' me and pick the thought out of my head before I spoke it. I found myself confession to him things in broken German that I must have picked up somewhere? I thought I was loosing my mind! The German WWII thing has been surfacing but it wasn't as strong or vivid as this time around. Maybe it is telling me something jogging my memory.I had psychic powers as a child and vivid imagination I think that stuff is coming back now. When I was younger I knew about things that I never saw. This was confirmed after a family secret came out my suspicion all those years was vindicated! What an amazing existence I have decided to put fear aside open my mind and heart to it.Something happened I must find out!!!
There was more too. The German man I met has the same first name as my ex husband who was also German ancestry and same first 3 letters of the last name is the same. My first boss was German. Yet I never had interest in Germany until now when I reflect on all these connections.
I wrote some poems based on another person as well. I don't know if it is same love connection from the past. I got the impression that he was sacrificed like one of the Scandanavian bog mummies. I didn't know the reasons. Fascinating isn't it?
I noticed too dreams were guiding me towards more discovery of this past.
You can read this site -

and also there is book
I Have Lived Before:
The True Story of the Reincarnation of Shanti Devi
Both are cases from India.
My brother started speaking of a past life at the age of 10. He remembered his grandfather's past life, the people, where he worked, and more. He was born 3 days before his grandfather died.
Great hub Nell Rose. This has awaken a memory I have of my father when I was very young. I don't remember how the conversation started but what I do remember is asking him what happens when people die and at one point he said "when we have done mistakes, God sends us back to correct them". My father had an accident a few weeks later and lost his life. Later when I grew up and had done a lot of reading about reincarnation I understood more about the subject and what my father was saying. At this point I can say that I am a person who definitely believes in reincarnation. Once again, great hub Nell Rose, thank you for sharing. Voted up!
Amazing story, I wrote a book years ago about the memory of my Father. It does happen.
best post of the entire hubpages site.
I loved this Hub too! I enjoy reading your work. The words flow easily and the subject is fascinating! I have had some past life regressions and have recovered some "memories" but I'm a little leary. The pictures I saw in my mind could well have been put there by my imagination. Children's stories are much more believable. Thanks Nell!
my little boy says he has lived before . he is 7 , he says he used to be an inventor called rex who got killed by his friend so that his friend could take credit for all the inventions they had made .... he also says alot of strange little things , like one day i was having a cigarette outside the train station , he asked why and i said it was not allowed in there , he replied o, back in my day when i was rex you could smoke wherever you liked :) .. he also said he lived in california as he recognised the yellow american taxis.. he said he was married and had lots of children ... he often talks about being rex and says before i was yours ..or before you was my mummy ...i have tried looking up inventors called rex but have not been able to find any , still it is rather strange for a 7 year old to come out with things like this and he has been saying it for a couple of years now too
This is a fascinating story - I remember watching it on TV. Did you know it's on YouTube? There are 6 sections so it's quite long but people might like to watch it. URL for part 1 is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RRs7fXjs_w
It's a shame they couldn't do a bit more detective work, I think they ran out of time.
An excellent piece Nell, and yet another subject I firmly believe in. Stories like this are pretty much inexplicable unless reincarnation is the answer.
Up and all across but funny. Came here on the index Nell. Great work there as well. Awesome story Nell. The research is incredible! Awesome job. Sometimes, I get that feeling from a past, sometimes a dream. But in all honesty, I can't remember any detail. I just know. With your ability, you may understand. It really makes me wonder. I love this story. Incredible work Nell. Sorry for the late visit my dear. Hope you have a great night and see you around.
Interesting stories! I have always felt that reincarnation is real and love reading more about other people's experiences.
Very good story and well written. In India, we have strong believe in reincarnation and we have so many real stories. They are really amazing, hard to believe as such. Can't prove them wrong but mind never accepts them as right.
Whatever the subject you take, you write them well enough to go through it. Keep quality writing !!
Very nice hub! I find these stories very fascinating, and I don't agree with the psychologists that it was just their imaginations as they knew way too much.
Voted up, interesting, and awesome!
This is a very interesting Hub.I have to tell you something, my daughter Sam who is now 13, as soon as she was able to speak asked for her real mother. She is my third child and it used to really bother me, I was sure that I was her real mother. None of my other children have ever said anything like that. I am a Christian, and the concept of reincarnation is something that is not taught, or probably promoted in the church. My sister and I have always joked that God was the first recycler... not sure if that is true, but you definitely gave me lots to think about. Thanks

Good stuff. True in my books as I have my own recollections although brief glimpses only.
