Teen Acne Nightmare

You go through so many changes as a teen, the last thing that you want is spots or acne. But unfortunately that comes with the territory. I remember suffering badly with spots when I hit my teens and they were a nightmare to get rid of. The trouble is that all teen skin is a mixture of oily patches and dry bits, caused mainly by hormone fluctuations that start when you reach anywhere between 13 years old and 18.

Of course acne is a problem that many people suffer with throughout their lives, but it does mainly effect teens. So what to do? I had to put up with such a terrible skin that when I went to school I was mercilessly called anything and everything, not very flattering I can tell you! I remember getting something called sulphur and salycylic acid cream, and thankfully my spots started to go. But it took me years to figure that out.

Thankfully teens don't have to put up with this these days. There are so many creams and lotions on the market for teen spots and acne that they can zap their bad skin pretty quickly. But what happens when the creams don't work straight away? It's not just the hormones that cause bad skin, it can also be diet, stress, and there's a lot of stress being a teen, I can tell you! From taking exams to meeting certain members of the opposite sex. Takes it out of you, and most importantly, your skin suffers too.

But don't despair, you can buy some great Skin Care Treatment Tools For Teens these days. Hopefully you will find one that suits you the best.

Zeno Acne Clearing Device

Zeno is one of the most scientifically advanced devices that zap pimples quicker than anything else. In a nutshell it works by heating up the follicle underneath the spot or pimple. Specifically, what it does is that it stimulates a heat shock response in acne and spots.

All spots are caused by bacteria, or at least 90% of them are. So how it works is that the heat shocks the proteins in the bacteria and literally causes it to destroy itself. Once the bacteria has been zapped the spot will heal itself and your skin will be smooth again. What a great device! Not to be used on moles, warts or ingrown hairs as it will cause damage to the skin.

Magic Acne Wand

This device works in a similar way to the Zeno. But it has an added bonus. Whereas the Zeno uses heat, the wand uses an aditional wavelength blue light that helps the healing process. Evidently the results start to show within one hour.

As well as this miracle wand doing the job, the advantage is that you don't have to change the tip as it is permanent. It seems that these products are getting better and better. With one AA battery you can start to zap those zits straight away!

Skin Cleansing System

If you want to give your skin a really good clean and a massage at the same time, then the Clarisonic is exactly what you need. It gently rotates while you hold it up to your face, and will gently exfoliate, cleanse and even help your skin absorb spot cream or moisturiser. Before using it, make sure that you charge it up for 24 hours.

Remove your makeup, and then wet your skin and put warm water on the brush head. Apply the cleanser to your skin or to the brush head. Turn on the Clarisonic, and gently move the brush in small circles, starting at the forehead, then the nose, finishing off with your chin area. I had one of these bought for me a few years ago, and even though I am older, it still did the job nicely. My skin felt great after every application.

Acne Treatment and Blackhead Killer

Sometimes all you need is a good acne or skin cream to zap those zits. Fainlise Avorio EQUILIBRIUM sounds really good. It will get rid of your pimples and acne, without discoloring your face or leaving dark spots. We all know why we get spots, but its the getting rid of them that's the pain. This will unclog pores and make your face lovely and clean looking again. Even if you are worried about being allergic to it, there are no ingredients that will irritate your skin. Its full of natural ingredients.

This is a good buy if you really don't want to use any electrical tools on your skin, but really need to get rid of spots fast. I won't go into all the hoo ha of what's in it, but if it works then hey, that's good isn't it? Why not try this serum first, and if you still need some extra work doing on your oily patches, blackheads or spots, then treat yourself to the above items. By the time you have finished, your skin will look so good you will never believe that just a few days earlier you were suffering with spots or acne.
